Refurbished handsets with clear checks
Our refurbished handsets receive a documented 21-point check and have at least 90% battery health. A handset below that threshold has its battery replaced before sale. Refurbished handsets come with a 12-month warranty, subject to terms. Models, condition, prices and availability vary, so ask the team about current stock.
Repairs with a choice of parts
We assess your device and explain the suitable options before you approve the quote. Depending on the model, iPhone screen options may include budget LCD, copy soft OLED and genuine Apple parts. For back glass, Option 1 is copy (aftermarket) and Option 2 is original, where available.
Advice and aftercare
We explain the repair, estimated timescale and relevant aftercare. Repairs have a three-month warranty, subject to terms; this is separate from the refurbished-handset warranty.
Trade-in available
Ask about trading in or selling your old device. The valuation depends on the handset, condition and current market value.
