I have used Gadget Magic a couple of times in the past - they are my go to place if I have any issues with mobiles. I contacted Jon yesterday as I had an issue with an iPhone 11 that I have been given via a friend and as usual, he gave me some great advice that will not cost me a penny. He could have withheld this information and charged me to resolve it and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, he went the extra mile and shared the free work round. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jon and his team - they are honest, knowledgable and turn things around super quick. Thanks Jon!

I cannot fault the service. Right from messaging on WhatsApp to replacing my phone on my S23 Ultra. Compared to other phone shops, the price was higher but the service was top notch. Get what you pay for! I would definitely use them again!

2nd Update: Took my new phone in to have everything copied over from my old phone. Also had a new screen protector installed. Problems with new phone (bought on Amazon) meant I had to switch phones all over again! They did this for me without charge and same day. Really can't speak highly enough of the team. Very pleased and very grateful for all their help. Update: Took my Samsung in yesterday and in 20 mins a different problem was fixed! I hadn't made an appointment, they went out of their way to keep me up and running. Brilliant service! Really good service - fast, well priced, professional. My camera wouldn't focus properly on my Samsung S20, an issue that had bugged me for sometime. Whole camera lens assembly was replaced - a tricky job, and my phone now works like new. Appointment was made, phone was fixed while i waited. Highly recommended.
