Assessment and quote
We check the affected function and, for screen damage, establish whether separate glass work or a complete assembly is needed. We then quote for suitable parts and labour. Any diagnostic charge is explained before assessment.
You approve the work
With your approval, we carry out the quoted tablet repair using the agreed parts. The model, work required and parts availability determine the timeframe.
Repair and testing
We test the repaired function before collection, such as touch response and the picture after screen work, or charging after a port repair.

Should I back up my tablet first?
Back up important photos and other data where possible before bringing the device in. Tell us if it will not switch on or you cannot make a backup so we can discuss the situation.
What if I do not know the fault or model?
Describe the symptoms and share any model information you have. We can help identify the tablet and arrange an assessment, explaining any diagnostic charge beforehand.
Is the repair covered by a warranty?
Repairs include a three-month warranty, subject to terms. Ask us about coverage for your specific repair.
