How our condition grades work
We grade the screen, back and frame separately so you can see exactly where a phone shows wear. Grade A means immaculate condition, with no visible scratches or marks. Grade B means light signs of use, such as minor scratches or small scuffs. Grade C means more noticeable scratches, scuffs or cosmetic wear. A phone can therefore have a Grade A screen, Grade B back and Grade A frame. These grades describe appearance; battery health and functional checks are assessed separately. Where a grade is not listed, ask us to confirm it and show you the handset before you decide.
Your new phone, with your data ready to go
Buy your phone in store at NXT GEN and we’ll transfer your data from your old phone to your new one for free. This service usually costs £29.99, so you can get help making the switch at no extra charge with your in-store phone purchase.

Put your existing phone towards your next handset. Bring it to NXT GEN or contact us with its model and condition to discuss a trade-in valuation. The final offer is confirmed after we assess the device.

Yes, trade-in is available. Tell us the model and condition, and we’ll explain the next step. The final valuation is confirmed after assessment.
Can I buy online or arrange delivery?
