A cracked screen, short battery life or unreliable charging can have more than one cause. At NXT GEN in Leigh-on-Sea, we assess the device and explain suitable repair options before you approve the work.
Screen replacements
Depending on your model, choices may include budget LCD, copy soft OLED or genuine Apple parts. We explain differences in display technology, brightness and supported features. True Tone and calibration depend on the model, part and software; we check what is supported rather than promising the same result for every screen.
Battery and charging faults
We check whether the symptoms point to the battery, charging connection or another fault. We confirm suitable parts and the quote before replacement or other agreed work. Timing depends on your model, the fault and parts availability.
Careful fitting and repair checks
We replace screen adhesive after the repair, fit the agreed parts carefully and retest relevant functions. Repairs have our three-month warranty, subject to terms.
Back-glass choices
For supported models, copy (aftermarket) and original back glass may be available. Ask us which choices are available for your phone.
Frequently asked questions
Does new adhesive make the phone waterproof?
Fresh adhesive is part of careful reassembly, but we do not guarantee the original water-resistance rating after repair. Keep the device away from liquids.
Is NXT GEN Apple-authorised?
We are an independent repair business with access to genuine Apple parts through the Genuine Apple Parts Program, not an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
