Genuine Apple options
We access genuine Apple parts through our Genuine Apple Parts Program distributor route for supported repairs. We explain genuine and aftermarket choices where available for your model. For back-glass replacement, Option 1 is copy (aftermarket) and Option 2 is original. We confirm availability, colour and price before you choose.
Checks after repair
We use Apple diagnostic tools where applicable and check the work carried out. Repairs include our three-month warranty, subject to terms.

How do I book an Apple Genius Bar appointment?
To arrange service through Apple, start with Apple’s official support options. Choose your iPhone and describe the issue, then follow the prompts for the service available to you. You may be asked to sign in to your Apple Account.
Use Apple’s Genius Bar reservation page or the Apple Support app. For available service routes, visit Apple’s iPhone repair page. Apple offers in-person service through its stores and authorised providers, plus postal service options.
Locations, appointments and service availability are shown by Apple. Reservations made through Apple are separate from NXT GEN bookings.

Check Apple for AppleCare or Apple warranty service
If you want to use AppleCare benefits or seek service under Apple’s warranty, check your coverage and available service through Apple first. Apple-covered repairs are carried out by Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
Compare the quote, part option, expected timing and repair warranty for your actual device. These details are more useful than assuming every repair provider offers the same service.
iPhone repair appointments: your questions answered
Do I need a Genius Bar appointment to repair my iPhone?
A Genius Bar reservation is for service at an Apple Store. You can also arrange an independent repair directly with NXT GEN. Use our booking form or contact us to discuss the fault and arrange your visit.
Can NXT GEN use genuine Apple parts?
Yes, genuine Apple parts are available through our GAPP distributor route for supported repairs and models. We confirm availability and explain the part and repair process for your iPhone before you decide. Genuine parts access does not make NXT GEN an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
Can I use my AppleCare plan at NXT GEN?
Our repairs are booked and paid for directly with NXT GEN, with our own three-month repair warranty, subject to terms. To use AppleCare service benefits, arrange service through Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
Can I get an iPhone screen or battery replaced locally?
We offer iPhone screen, battery and back-glass repairs at our Leigh-on-Sea workshop. Back-glass Option 1 is copy and Option 2 is original. The available parts depend on your model. Read our screen repair page or battery replacement page, then choose your device in the booking form.
How much will my repair cost, and when will it be ready?
We confirm the quote and expected turnaround for your model, selected part and the work required. Start with the booking choices or contact the team for advice. If you need the phone back by a particular time, tell us so we can check what is possible.
What if I can’t find a suitable Apple appointment?
You can ask NXT GEN about an independent repair and our current availability. We’ll check the model, fault and parts required. If you want to use Apple coverage, continue to check the service options offered by Apple.
How should I prepare for a repair?
Back up important data if your iPhone allows it, note your model and symptoms, and ask us about preparation for your repair. Keep your Apple Account password private and enter it yourself if an account step is needed. For an Apple appointment, follow Apple’s own preparation instructions.
Can you help if I’m unsure what is wrong?
Yes. Tell us what you’re experiencing — for example a cracked display, poor charging, reduced battery life or a phone that won’t start. We can assess the symptoms and explain the appropriate next step. Contact NXT GEN for advice.
