Short battery life
Tell us how long the charge lasts and whether the change was gradual or sudden. A Battery Health reading is useful context, rather than a diagnosis by itself.

We assess your iPhone, help you choose your battery and confirm the quote before starting. Your replacement is fitted with care, with fresh screen adhesive when the screen is opened and checks of the relevant charging and device functions.
Your battery repair comes with our three-month repair warranty, subject to the warranty terms, and a local team ready to help afterwards. For a smooth visit, back up your iPhone beforehand where possible.

How long does a battery replacement take?

How is my iPhone closed after the repair?
When the screen is opened for a battery replacement, we fit fresh screen adhesive as part of reassembly. This is part of our careful repair process; the original water-resistance rating cannot be guaranteed after a repair.
Are you an Apple Authorised Service Provider?
NXT GEN is an independent repair business with access to genuine Apple parts through the GAPP supply route. We are not an Apple Authorised Service Provider.
