Check the status of a repair you have booked in with NXT GEN. Use your repair ticket ID and the last name recorded on your booking in the tracker below.
Have these details ready
Your full ticket ID
Enter the complete ticket number, including the T- prefix. For example, T-1444 shows the format to use; enter your own ticket number.
Your last name
Enter the last name used when your repair was booked in. The details must match the repair record.
