NXT GEN Terms & Conditions
1. General Terms
By using the services of NXT GEN, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all repairs, custom PC builds, and related services provided by NXT GEN.
2. Repair Services
- We strive to complete all repairs within the estimated timeframe, but unforeseen issues may cause delays. We will keep customers informed in such cases.
- All repairs are conducted by trained technicians using high-quality parts based on the customer's selection.
- NXT GEN is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or additional faults discovered during the repair process.
- If a device is found to be beyond repair, a diagnostic fee may apply.
3. Warranty Policy
- We offer a warranty on most repairs, with the duration depending on the type of repair and parts used.
- The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, accidental breakage, or further issues unrelated to the original repair.
- Any warranty claim must be assessed in-store before any further action is taken.
4. Custom PC Builds
- Customers using our in-store PC builder will see real-time pricing and available components via our supplier’s portal.
- Once a build is confirmed and paid for, orders are final and cannot be modified.
- We assemble and test all custom PCs before notifying customers for collection.
- Custom PCs come with manufacturer warranties on individual components; however, NXT GEN offers an additional build warranty covering assembly and setup.
5. Data & Privacy
- While we take care to preserve customer data during repairs, we strongly advise backing up all important files before bringing in your device.
- NXT GEN is not liable for data loss during repairs or hardware failures.
6. Payment & Refunds
- Full payment is required upon collection of a repaired device or completed custom PC.
- Deposits for custom PC builds are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our supplier.
- Refunds are not issued for completed repairs unless deemed necessary under consumer protection laws.
7. After-Sales Support
We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. Our after-sales support ensures that:
- If you experience any issues related to a repair, bring it back within the warranty period for assessment.
- For custom PCs, if you need help with setup or troubleshooting, our team is available to assist.
- We offer guidance on maintenance, upgrades, and care tips to keep your device running smoothly.
8. Liability
- NXT GEN is not responsible for any damage that occurs after a device has left our premises.
- We will always handle devices with care, but we are not liable for pre-existing faults that worsen during a repair attempt.
